The problem is here, I am like you. I objected to the case 5 times and they reject it directly. No warning, nothing, they closed my account immediately. I had 8.2 million coins in my account, most of them came from 1 card. Even though I did not distribute coins, they describe normal trade as coin distribution. The worst part is that nothing is shared. They impose their own knowledge on us. I cannot even learn which card or cards I was banned from. An account cannot be closed without even giving a warning. This is not acceptable. EA is hostile towards players. They are trying to set traps and make people buy the game again and make a commercial profit from this
