Transfer Market Ban

I have some questions for anyone who can answer me.

I recently got banned from using the transfer market on FC25. I messaged the support team and even had live chats with two EA employees. The first EA Employee told me that the ban was not permanent and that all I had to do was just appeal the ban and I would get access to the transfer market again. The second said to me that they cant give me specific information on the problem but that the ban is not permanent.

Next I decided to message ea support and appeal my ban. The appeal was declined. I then decided to give it another go giving more information on the problem. again declined.

I believe I have been banned as i bought coins from third party websites.

Now im writing here to hopefully get some help. I am still as of today not allowed to use the transfermarket.

Here is what im trying to find out:
Will I be allowed access to the transfer market again during this current fifa?
If so, how/when will i be unbanned and be allowed access to the transfer market again?

How come EA doesn't strike down on all of the extremely popular YouTubers who promote the purchasing of coins. If it weren't for them I would not know about the ability to buy coins from third party websites meaning I wouldn't be banned. I was not aware that this was against the rules but now understand that its not ok. I'm right now just really demotivated to continue playing the game if I cant even buy cheap players that I will need for SBC's or sell players that I pack.

    Yes.byjosetavio it worked appealing for me. Don’t give up. I messaged them every day for about a week. Never got a responce why i was banned tho

    Well, I'll keep trying, let's see, I'm on my third appeal and nothing yet, they for some reason keep saying that I bought or sold coins. Thanks for making me feel better tho, I'm glad you got your market back !

    Hey there Strikkeklubben 

    You are not gonna get any further information details, when an investigation and then a decision has been made by EA to ban your account,  if found to have broken any of the Terms Of Service or Rules Of Conduct as stated in EA Help.

    If you appeal then you must show evidence or provide more clear information regarding the incident(s) to support your case.

    EA_Pulsar has been transparent to you in what to do about it.  As it stands, what happened has resulted in a ban so accept it or appeal.  I guess you know what they banned you for as you have described a scenario that could fit into EA's description as of a form of cheating in the Positive Play Charter.

    Hi Mr. SumFiiin Hero+. If you read my earlier post you would've seen that i got unbanned.

    I can understand that buying a player seconds after it got put on the market would be seen as using a bot or something. (which i did not, i got lucky). But I'm pretty sure they would see that in a lot more cases than just one time if I was using bots. And just straight out banning me for buying a player, without seeing a pattern, is strange. Not giving me the actual reason for banning me, is stranger.

    You say it's up to me to show evidence or provide more clear information when I don't get any information about what I've supposedly have done. Even after asking for that information several times. This is a crap system. I work with support every day. I know that feedback and being transparent with your users is vital. A big company as EA should know this as well. But i guess their customers are just not important enough.

    Strikkeklubben Sorry I missed that post of yours earlier, that's good news that your appeal worked out, I'm happy for you.

    There are users who look to exploit the system and develop methods of cheating, this has always been the situation.  So from a security point of view EA are not going to provide any further details regarding a security breach as this would give insight to those cheaters.

    As an innocent player of the game I suppose you can be assured that EA's system is more secure this way, and as crappy as you think it is you can ask them several times more and then feel secure that they are not going to open that door to potential cheaters by giving further details.  That there is one of the important factors of this system and yes it is genuinely frustrating to receive a ban after when the investigation show's perhaps/actually it should not have been.

    Oh bro happened to me too this days on new fifa 🤣👎👎big joke since I’ve puted over 20K€ in Fifa points and I never bought coins or etc but its good they stop me to play this joke ..i just spended money in fifa points like a idiot for don’t get nothing from packs while others buy coins and make great team !!what a joke !!

    I’ve just got home from holiday after letting my cousin use my Xbox as he doesn’t have a console and wanted to play the game, logged onto the game and found out I was transfer market banned, I’m so confused, it says for coin distribution but I have never bought any coins on any fifa, I’ve appealed it as I have no idea what had happened whilst I’ve been away but I just hope it can all be resolved
