transfer market bug

Hello

I have an issue with the transfer market being locked after completing both 1 and 2 foundation objectives, i have played games on mutiple game modes, i have been using this account for at least 2 weeks 2 and did have another account before this, but had no problem with it as it gave me access withing the second day, if you could please help me resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
