TRANSFER MARKET LOCK YET

Good afternoon, I started playing FC 25 about a week ago on PC, I created the club, everything is fine, but I still have the transfer market lock, it supposedly told me that when I did the foundation SBCs it would be unlocked, but I've done them all and nothing, I've also played several games, I've already gone up to division 4 in rivals, I played fut champions, fut draft, envelopes, basically the normal things, so I wanted to know if you knew something and could help me, thank you and good afternoon
