Transfer market remains locked after 150+ hours of gameplay

Hi EA Support,

I purchased the Ultimate Edition of FC 25 on June 27 and topped up $149.99 USD on July 3.

So far, I've spent over 150 hours playing the game, mostly in Ultimate Team (UT) mode. I’ve also played other modes like Career Mode, Player Career, and Clubs in order to complete missions and earn SP.

I’ve completed Season 8 and claimed all FC HUB rewards. However, I still haven’t unlocked the Transfer Market on the Web App or Companion App.

I log in daily, play online, complete objectives, and haven’t violated any rules. I know the market unlock is based on account trust and activity, but I feel I’ve far exceeded the requirements.

Can you please check my account status and tell me what else I need to do to unlock the Transfer Market?
