Transfer market still banned
I'm still banned from the transfer market in the web app. However, it wasn't my fault that I was banned because my account was hacked. I didn't notice that until the last FIFA because I stopped playing at the end. Now my question is whether I can do anything to get access to the WebApp again.
We don't know the details of your ban here on AHQ. However, if you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.
- Click Contact Us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game from which your account was banned or suspended. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose the EA app.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage My Account, then Banned or Suspended Account.
- Click the Select Contact option.
- If you haven’t already done so, sign in to your account with the ban or suspension.
