You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
Please note: these are not situations to which Community Managers can assist over the forums as we are not Live Support and cannot validate account ownership.

i know its a lot of work but i got the popup after reinstalling the game and deleting every saved profile in the game so it basically i guess thinks that you are a first time player
