Transferring points between platforms after mistakenly using a code...

Is it possible to transfer FC points from a PC account to XBOX account ?

I have mistakenly used a code for loading FC points via EA web page , and have not realised it would only work for a PC version (which i do not have), instead of XBOX one FC25 i am currently using. 

I am looking for your urgent support.
