trashcan company - out of touch with your community

kickoff goals - why can't you fix this or give an explanation as to why this is a thing? you made a cup and if you get kickoff you have a higher chance of winning. why havent you ever told us what is going on?

hackers on pc - no support team. cant report them in game. you guys just act like its not a problem on pc while us on pc suffer

zero gameplay updates in 4 months - the game needs balancing. it needs rebounds to be less of a thing.. making a defensive play and getting buried for it is fkd. people using one formation all year and it being OK is beyond me when it comes to balancing your game well. you all have failed us in this department and have failed us keeping us in the loop on your plans for the game. just pumping packs in the store seems to be the only thing you guys care about. idk what will fix it, but all i can say from that is you all are trash

 

lastly, i posted in here about these preorder packs that wont get out of my store. you all do not have a support team to submit tickets to.... aka avoiding all the issues with your game. they are still there and no one has reached out to fix it. the only place i know where to go is this dumbazz forum.

    They have explained kick offs before. Since you don’t score every time and you can defend it it’s not a glitch. Everyone always says they want more manual defending like during kick offs.

    While I wish they would balance offense passing and scoring is to easy. They also buffed pace to much defenders can’t keep up. They said the majority liked it in the refresh update news. They said they wouldn’t be changing anything in the next patch. So wouldn’t expect much balancing this late in the year. If anything they will continue to buff offense and nerf defense for easier passing and higher scoring games. 

    If you want to contact support it depends what your issue is rather you get chat support or not.

    It all just boils down to the fact that most of the babies that play now want easy goals and feel like they deserve them, even though most goalkeepers can react and save in similar situations in real life. It's all just a ploy to keep people engaged as most people aren't having fun unless they are scoring.

    Personally, you can take me back to the times where keepers were almost impossible to get past. I loved that and found it more engaging actually having to work for a goal, now I can just get to the edge of the box and do some bull OP trivela or finesse shot and get easy goals. It's not as fun, I don't understand how people enjoy it, and it just feels like EA want to cater to people that enjoy BS mechanics over actual good gameplay. OP unrealistic speedboost mechanics in the game to this day alone, tells you everything you need to know.
