UEFA Dreamchasers challenge 2

Hello team EA,

as the screenshot shows below, I was counting players to get the challenge until i finished and clicked Submit it crushed, the game went out and restart it, i found that i didn't have the pack on packs file, and its done as shown below.
all the players i put there gone.
I want a refund please!
