Weird, I got that too a few minutes ago, and just got in.
Might be working now?
I just restarted my got in but when I tried to start a game it told me that there was a problem reaching the ea servers. Now when I try to start a Rush game it is telling me there are currently no events available.
The servers are all jacked up. DDos attack again maybe. So it's not local to your system. Doesn't make it any better I know. Its a **bleep** take, all the money they earn and they can't keep servers up and running and defended against cowboy attacks, if that's what it is this time.
