So yesterday I finished the last puzzle of Ronaldo SBC at around 2:20 AM (GMT+7) and after submitting it, I got kicked out of the UT saying that UT can't be reached right now. I tried to go back into the UT many times and kept getting kicked out. 30 minutes later I managed to get into the UT but I couldn't find Ronaldo card anywhere. I checked the SBC tab, and it says that I have completed the Ronaldo SBC...
Please help me to solve this
try logging into the web/phone companion app and you will find it on there on the home page under unassigned usually, has happened to me before both from SBC's and sometimes transfers, has been some bug since the start of the game EA just dont fix nor post any help about it
Yeah usually it goes to unassigned items in store, but this time it's different like I couldn't find it anywhere. It would be okay for me if it was a cheap player SBC but this is Ronaldo like cmon EA....
Yeah thats my point, thats the bug it doesnt go into the store but you can see it in the web/phone app
No it doesn't exist mate, I told you this one is different. I have checked through mobile AND web companion apps, and it is nowhere to be found.

'yeah there "support" isnt the best, nobody seems to ever have a good experience with it, this should be an easy one for them to solve surely, they must be able to see you completed the SBC
Yes they checked and mentioned that I have completed the SBC, but don't get rewarded. I am completely clueless at this point
