Ultimate team cheater

I was playing div 3 rivals and then i faced off against a guy called whitemagic2223, this guy was full cheating my players were all moving super slow even though their all 90+ rated, my striker with 98 pace was moving as if she had 60 . Pc gameplay is just so not fun, constantly playing against cheaters in champs and rivals . Please ban Whitemagic2223
