Ultimate team coin rewards 15k

Every time I redeem the 15,000 coin reward from the FC HUB it doesn't get added. I'm now at level 21 and have tried to redeem 15k 6 times and not once have I received them. How do I get them or how do I redeem them in the future?

    this has also happened to me. everytime i redeem the coins out of either the bundle rewards or just winning coins by levelling up. i have not received a penny. i should probs be up about 100k by now. i’m level 22

    Ahhh just checked and yeah it's clubs coins, thanks for that answer mate just not paying enough attention 🤣
