He said he is left with about 4 players but not his "ultimate team" he is at school at the moment so I can ask when he gets home. Thank you for trying to help. I just thought that they would at least try to look at his account but they just were not interested and just said unless he has a photo that we can upload of his "ultimate team" to prove he had the players then there is nothing they can do. I just never would have thought to tell him to take pictures. I would assume they could see that if they looked. I am awful with computers and gaming so I am not much help to him. I will ask him when he gets home and let you know, just on case you can think of anything else I can try. I think I am of the mindset that it was a glitch of some sort and he has lost them forever but I just wanted to try everything first so at least I can say I did my best for him. Thank you

Yeah my son also plays and I would be fuming and be doing the same, nothing worse than when its out your hands and they are upset etc.
The only reason I asked about the players is I saw somebody else on the forum has had an issue where nearly all of his players have been "quick sold" if this is also the case for yourself not only will EA be able to see it you will also be able to send them "proof".
The easiest way to see if this is your problem as well is if you login to the Web/Phone app and then find your way to the quick sell recovery page (its on CLUB/QUICK SELL RECOVERY) , it will list all the players ever quick sold from your club, you will be able to recover only 5 by default each 30 days but if you have all your players listed that should be enough to prove to EA and they should be able to recover them all for you.
