Community ManagerHey VantageC22 Have you unlinked your Xbox profile from your previous EA account, or have you logged in with a new Xbox account on your console? Unlinking console accounts can permanently reset your account progress.
That must be what happened because I did unlink my EA account from the older Xbox account and linked it to the new one. So all progress is gone???
