Ultimate team unable to connect due to error.

I've been trying to play ultimate team but keep prompting error and unable to connect to server

EA is sleeping I guess. we paid for the game and for playing online but we are facing issues and EA will wait for ppl like us to make a feedback and then will or will not rectify the issues 

its not due to my internet it's the game itself.
