Missing content from season pass

Had anyone else purchased last seasons premium season pass the night it was going to expire and not receive all the rewards?? I paid with coins on the night and only received about half of the rewards with nothing past level 20 when I wanted to get the Robert card ?? Anyone else get the same? I’ve requested help about 9 times and had nothing back….
