Ultimate tots cup disconnect

I keep getting disconnected from games in the cup before I can do anything. Even touch the ball. This has nothing to do with game limits as I am playing the cup for the first time, and have been disconnected straight away four games in a row. The games are also counting as games played without wins, thus impacting my ability to get the rewards. I have a video recording of this happening if proof is needed.
