Unable to buy FC points on Xbox
Yesterday I bought $300+ worth of points and now it seems my account has been locked. How can I resolve this? I’m on Xbox. My credit card is still active, yet I get an error every time I try to buy points.

It doesn’t say. It just says Oops there was a problem. Try again later. It’s been like this for 16+ hours.
Store is saying there was an issue and isn’t letting me buy fc points
Been trying to buy FC points but keep getting a message saying 'oops sorry not sure what happened' , super frustrating!
