Unable to claim seasonal rewards Ultimate Team

Unable to claim seasonal rewards Ultimate Team. Levels 24, 25, 26. Platform PS5, ultimate edition. 

Claim reward button is active, but nothing happened. No new packs/ players in the store. 

Mobile app says that all of the rewards are claimed.
