Unable to connect to Ultimate Team

My PSN is up and running, I can log into EAFC25, I can play all game modes but Ultimate Team. It states "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu." When will connectivity be possible so I do not miss out on possible rewards. I have already missed out on maximising my rewards for the Squad Battle mode. I tried to add an attachment via my phone but it fails to accept the file I am providing
