Unable to Find Matches in FC 25 Rivals Coop Mode

Hello! 

Since a few weeks ago, me and my partner are struggling to find matches in the coop mode of the ultimate team rivals.

Yesterday it was taking 10 minutes to find one single match. Today we have been waiting for more than 50 minutes and couldn't find any player.

The option to find near players is disabled and the cross play is enabled

Does anyone know why it is happening and how to fix it?
