Unable to play ut

For the past week I have not been able to login to play ut on my home WiFi that’s connected to my Ethernet cable, I am able to play every other game modes and other games just not ut. This started last Tuesday at 6pm and is still happening, I was unable to finish my rivals games where I had 8 points left to get. I am able to play ut connected to a different WiFi for example at a different house or connected to my personal hotspot. I’ve started playing champs this week connected to my hotspot but I struggle to find an opponent and the lag is very bad. So if you’re able to get this sorted by tomorrow evening that would be great so I can play my rivals. Thank you
