unable to use henry card after completing sbc

I recently completed the immortals icon henry sbc and was able to use him fine, I then went into a rush match and selected the henry card however it was acting as though the actual card from completing all 10 squads in the sbc and the 5 match loan card you also get were the same card. I thought that by quick selling the loan card it would fix this issue but now I have found myself unable to do anything with the henry card without getting kicked out of ultimate team. For instance if I try to add him to a squad or try to apply a different chemistry style I will then be kicked from ultimate team. I have tried to quick sell the card and get it back using the quick sell recovery feature but it does not allow me to quick sell the card. I have deleted possible corrupt files as shown on the website but this has still not solved my issue. I have included a video below.
