Unclaimed season pass level

Not getting the template for some reason (may need to report that as a separate bug) 

Anyway, so last season I didn’t claim one of the rewards in the season progress and left it unclaimed and eventually forgot about it (it was an impossible pick for an arsenal fan between a past, present and future player) come the new season which was today (10/ 07/ 25) I logged in and I didn’t get anything, no automatically claimed rewards, no choice between them, nothing. Fair enough if it was just one of the free levels but no, it was from the premium pass which I payed for, I also spent lots of time grinding so I think it would be fair if I could get the choice back, or at least get one of the players automatically claimed for me.

Otherwise I will be making sure not to buy the premium pass this season as it clearly isn’t worth the time and effort if I don’t get treated how any other company would address the situation.
