Yep, EA allowing complete wind up merchants and liar to be ‘heros’ whatever those are anyway.
The customer service reps are bad enough without this nonsense. Completely gets in the way of any actual discussion about the issues.
No wonder EA think everything is fine with these pets stroking their egos for them.

As long as ea don't have to reply to any real problems, they will be happy letting these so called "ea volunteers" do their dirty work for them without any accountability. The unplayable connectivity has been there for long and will not be resolved by ea. Every time I post a query to ea, these "volunteers" write some basic comment like send ur connection report to ea which we would've done multiple times, changed the ip ports, sat next to the modem with a crazy fast Ethernet connection and they will still say it's your issue.
Naw ea replied to Frank in the other thread not just me . Which is good because the community needs to know where the problems are and what’s going on. I would be shocked if they reply in a thread like this as it’s just full of trolls. The problem with acting like this thread is ea won’t take it seriously. I would be surprised if ea continues in the other thread as Frank has started with the insults which ruins the thread but other people seem to be serious which is a shame for them.

Lying and misrepresenting isn’t being serious about the issues. You are in the way. Not helping.
I didn’t misrepresent anything I said exactly what you posted you have a fluctuating connection. The problem is people want answers and you are not helping. We as a community want answers so stop insulting everyone or we will not get answers.
Does anyone here really think ea is going to respond in a thread like this?

Well let ea respond then. Why are you defending ea like they're completely innocent in this. Whatever ea is getting is not something they don't deserve. Lootboxes like stores scamming kids, poor gameplay connectivity and no actual responsibility for any mistakes. And on top of it they have people like you speaking for them. I honestly don't think even you have consistent good gameplay everyday if you play on console and there is a day and night difference between console and PC gameplays on the same Internet connection, you just are a paid spokesperson for ea with some loophole calling you a "volunteer". It's just useless, and they deserve everything coming to them including the tanking stock prices

It is not about connection,
Seems EA had way to rank players and pair players from same ranking.
If you are streamer you will be the lucky guy added manually to higher rank , so will not face cheaters and think what are those stupid talking about,
Same for the players ranked lower , they will always paired with cheaters that can broke the connection and change game physics, the unlucky guys will say those stupid people defending EA.
I Think it great strategy EA is playing against us.
You have jitter and your connection was different each time you posted. At first you said you have no jitter no packet loss and then when you looked it up you changed it. Why would you change your stance? I am not saying you are lying but you was wrong at first.

I’ll tell you again so you can stop lying. I said all my match reports were either great or good.
I have 89 average connection which EA says means I will rarely get gameplay issues.The slight fluctuations I ever get are on ping and jitter BUT those are slight. Average jitter is in the EA great category.
The very slight fluctuations I see on the report are on rush games. Weird my ISP knows what mode I’m playing.
That’s it. And I get really bad gameplay.
What you take from all that is my connection is crap and I have fluctuations. That’s wrong and everything is well within what EA says is within tolerance for good gameplay.
Then of course you add in crashes that are consistent in the pattern. My connection dropping couldn’t replicate those circumstances consistently.
Finally, I have very fast internet, with 100% wireless connection to the Xbox, which is sat next to the router and it easily copes with heavy video and gameplay from me and my family. Only this game has issues.
