Firstly, it’s very hard to release any type of shot when the keeper is called out.
Secondly, when a tackle is made the opposite team get the ball immediately.
Thirdly, when making a physical challenge a foul is always given.
Another thing is that the players controlled by the AI don't mark at all.

Players just don’t get a shot away quickly enough when keeper rushes you.
Opposition just need to look at me to win the ball.
Every tackle, even if I haven’t pressed anything, is a foul.
AI players on my team do nothing except the opposite of what I’d want them to do. Defenders turn their back and walk away, strikers run away from the box when the winger has it, or run right at said winger.
