We have detected a mismatch between the region of your EA account and the one as

I redeemed some ea fc points and when I logged in to the web app it says:We have detected a mismatch between the region of your EA account and the one associated to the disk you are playing fifa with. im in argentina and bought with an argentina account in both ps5 and eafc.

    I have the same issue and will appreciate your kind help see below requirements:

    • PSN id/Username:OTs_CR7
    • Platform: PS5
    • Summary of Issue: we have detected a mismatch between the region associated to your EA account and the one associated to the disk you are playing FC with
    • Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone): 08, DEC, 20024 09:30PM from Iraq
    • Your PSN and EA account region: USA
    • Game version (digital download or box version): Disk
    • The store the game was purchased from: Disk

    i have the same issue as my account is based in kuwait but i traveled to egypt for a month and came back not able to get my fc points.  so please EA solve this issue that is happening to your loyal consumers as all i want is to buy my 500 fc point pack!!!!!!!!
