Weaken my team

I feel insulted by this game.
My team doesn't serve me properly. My opponent always has a stronger team than me, even though my players are better and I am at a higher level. They still win because of mistakes in the game and the weakening of my players' abilities.
I hope you can solve the problem of weakening the weak so they can win at my expense.
