i’ve completed weekly play 6 week 1 and haven’t received my reward which is the fut birthday guarantee pack needs fixing soon

Same problem. Finish Weekly play but above not completed. And they ignore at the last day to claim. Well played. Just lame as your server

I completed all 4 and didn’t receive anything.
Still having the same Problem after nearly two weeks... When will there be an eventual fix for it? I dont't want to miss out those rewards -_-
