What are EA Community Manager's Thoughts on Content & Community Feedback?

So far, the post has not been recognised by @EA_Darko and @EA_Vendcera. I have asked if they are happy with the state the game is in and they have refused to even acknowledge the post.

I noticed @EA_Barry replied to a recently asked question so I'll try them. @EA_Barry, do you feel the game is in a good place? Are Community Managers happy with the numbers of people complaining about every aspect of the game and the overall customer dissatisfaction? I would like to believe as a Community Manager, that listening to the Community and engaging with them would be high on your list of priorities.
