@Botinec1964 Green triangle from your picture meaning your account has Founder status from FC24.

Club Member badge is in Hexagon shape in black and white colour.

If you have both Founder and Club Member badges, and still not received Zidane EVO then contact EA help.

I don't have a hexagon. I bought the FC25 November 24. and the first time I logged into the game on the console was when the PS5 pro was released, November 7.

  @Botinec1964 To receive Club Member status, you need to play before 1st November. This is the reason Zidane Evo is not given your account.
