Why exactly is the trial period excluded? I played the game as mentioned in the notification before the cutoff date. I can spend tons of dollars in the in-shops during the “trial period” but I get no benefits for having played during that time? Don't understand why after you buy the game then you can't just convert that trial playtime to official playtime. In my case, it's very unfortunate because I bought the game back in September, but I used the 10 hours of EA Play and let it expire before I activated the purchase code.
