What to do with cheaters?

I am playing alot on xbox and once in a while I encounter pc cheaters who have some kind of speed and shooting hacks (while of course disabling mine sprint and accuracy of shots).

I saw there is only an option to report offensive name, how can I report the player so ea would do something with them?

Or that battle already lost an EA gave up on decent crossplay with the pc owners and I should play only against xbox players..?
