Where is my squad battle rewards?

I was playing squad battles and after the final whistle something happened and I was not given any points but the match still counted. This resulted in ranking in elite 2 instead of 1. If the points were given I would have ranked in elite 1. I did not claim any rewards yet. I know most probably the rank cannot be changed but I know that I can be compensated the difference in rewards. I can send videos or photos as proof. Thank you
