@Nikolaikaad This is an English forum. I would suggest you either put English language screenshots or translate the error message into English. So that someone from the community can understand what the error is about and explain to you the workaround. Hope you understand.

The message on the screen is:
The Season Pass service is not avaliable at the moment. Therefore you can not get season pass progressThat message has been showing since the begining of the game and its quite iritating, not beeing able to receive packs or rewards for my progress.
It looks like there is a bugg in the game, since I can see a lot of other players writing about the same problem
EA seems to be impossible to reach and the so called help-function is a simple bot, that just gives me a standard article about season pass!?!?!?
