Im 100% with you on the HT or past 60 mins thing.. Its mental you don't get anything if the other person quits and as you said you become the biggest loser in that scenario.
If you got the win for some-one else quitting at a draw in the 60th minute because you got a pen it probably wouldn't spike the same toxic behaviour cord it seems to strike as the person quitting is the loser as they gave the other person the win.
