Why every new season you put me back in lower divisions?

Tbh i always end up in div 1 or 2, now they pushed me back to div 4. Somehow i never even start in div 10 at the beginning of the game. Even tho i always get **bleep**ty rewards so im just playing the 15 points and thats it.
