why I get the lowest grade icon card in every pack?

I have played FC25 for over 1,000 matches and opened more than 1,000 packs, but I only get low-grade Icon cards like Hagi, Baresi, and Xavi. I’ve never received any high-value cards like other players. Even the tradable gold packs only give me players worth less than 12,000-15,000 coins on the market. I want to ask, has EA locked my account to give me these low-quality cards all the time? And if so, why?

    Itsnt super obvious EA favors certain accounts/people. Also they lowered pack weights because EA is just immoral greedy company. All just to get you to spend more money. They don’t care either.
