Willem II items missing in Ultimate Team

My club Willem II (Eredivisie, Netherlands) is the only club without Cosmetic Items and Stadium Theme. EA forgot to add these Willem II items to Ultimate Team because they are the last on the Eredivisie list (alphabetical) and no Willem II item (only kits) can be found. Please add them to the game.
