In the objectives the 'become immortal - champions' reward says 'reward received 91-92 become immortal evolution upgrade.
In the Become immortal tab in the evolutions it says 90-91 upgrade and not the 91-92 as stated in the objectives.
This means I can't upgrade my player as it is 91 rated already.
Not sure what to do.

It's been 6 days now. I contacted EA 4 times not including this post. They keep marking my case as 'fixed' when it isn't.
I completed the champions objectives to get the 91 to 92 upgrade and didn't receive it. When I reopen my case and talk to chat they tell me to post it on here which I have already done.
I also completed the ridiculously expensive SBC to get the next tier upgrade and that is useless because I can't get my card to 92.
Just when I was starting to enjoy the game they have me contacting them about this problem taking up my time over and over.

I understand your frustration. But can I ask what the current status of your Become Immortal card? What are the evolutions you have done so far? And what are evolutions now left for you to become an immortal tab? (If you can attach screenshot of these questions that would be helpful for me to understand your scenario.)

I am sorry but you definitely messed up. One way that it can be proved is that when you use an evolution builder, such as Fut.gg Evo lab. You get the EXACT SAME STATS as your card if you use the 91 to 92 FIRST BEFORE THE 90 to 91. You may not realize that you made the mistake.

You likely made a mistake without realizing it. You can cross check on futbin or futgg.
If that's the case then I'm deleting the game, no more money from me for EA. The 'mistake' shouldn't even be possible, how can I use a 91-92 upgrade on a 90 rated player, it makes no sense. I wasted a lot of time and effort doing this challenge and I also completed the sbc for the next tier upgrade in preparation which cost almost all of my saved cards which is useless now. Not to mention the ridiculous amount of time I've wasted trying to solve this. Games are supposed to be fun, not stressful.
