@Rydell_85 Are both of those items in best of TOTW? If so, then technically not much can be done about it. They're technically different items and the drop rate for them doesn't have to do with the base. It's definitely a very sus system. I'm not a fan of it either!
@Izzy_FUT_Dubs my apologies for asking you this but maybe with any contacts at EA you can get something done or at least an acknowledgement and some sort of communication, it's an utter disgrace
