@onepunchko volunteering is more to help out the community vs to help out EA. I don't agree with everything EA does and I don't defend EA for their mistakes / malpractices.
I want a great game just like everyone else on here. That's why I do what I do but it seems that even with contact to EA, our opinions / solutions, are not being escalated appropriately. It sucks because there are genuine people at EA who want to have a great game.
We also don't have communication with the higher ups and have a set person we can only report to.
