Wrong player received
Opened a pack this morning received 87 osimhem but should have received his upgraded 97 tots version how can I fix this please

When did you open this pack exactly? TOTS Osimhem was only in packs until yesterday evening, at around 5pm UTC I believe, so if you opened him this morning then the gold version is the correct one.
