so for at least 7 months now my Xbox gamertag is showing incorrectly on the web app and companion app, it shows correctly on the Xbox itself when playing fc25. Any ideas how I can get it to update across all platforms correctly as ea help are not able to do it.

Your Gamertag is wrong but is your club correctly showing on the companion? Could it be because you updated your Gamertag recently?
If it's a completely different, you might be connected to the wrong EA account.
There is a way you can check your EA email address in the settings in-game. This way, you can make sure you are logged in on the right account. (The email from the Xbox account could be different than an Xbox account.)
