Wrongful Ban

No idea if I have been hacked and banned or just banned, but theres no reason. I had a glitch with my game where you couldnt claim a pack, and one of my friends said the fix is to uninstall the game and then reinstall it so i did this. I uninstalled it at 6:30 PM and it finished reinstalling around 8:30PM, however when it finished installing and i loaded it up again, my account was banned. I checked my emails and was banned at 8:10 PM, i have no idea what the ban is for, i haven't even got a reason for the ban.  I havent broken any agreements, havent transfererd coins, literally havent done anything wrong but i still got banned? Is anyone able to help? I have tried to dispute this, but it was unsuccessful and i still havent got a reason for the ban
