Report Case status abruptly changed to "Closed" without any answer
Just wanna see if the current EA policy is just to ignore cases.
The story is that I made a report to EA on EA Help as I have encountered cheating player in the EAFC25 Fantasy FC Cup, back on 27Feb. My sprint button was disabled and my players was not able to move in that match, and of course I lost.
Made the report for cheating after that match, which I normally won't do so but missing out on Maicon card that way really triggered me (even though admit I cannot get that anyway). So I received the EA Help support system auto email reply for a case created with track number.
I checked the status around every two days and nothing happened. No update, no contact, no reply. I understand it takes time but a week went by and today when I take a look at the case stauts it became closed. CLOSED.
Not sure if this happens to other guys but it looks like EA is protecting cheaters or maybe just incompetent to act against cheaters.
