Wrongful Ban
I was recently banned for "coin distribution". This is ridiculous in itself as I rarely make transfers, and the only way I do is by searching for the lowest price of the card I am selling in the transfer market, and listing the card for that price or 1k lower. This ban is not just a transfer market ban, which I could live with, but banned me entirely from all online access, which does not even let me access live form in kick off or any form of online gameplay.
I have appealed twice for the ban, and got auto-generated messages both times saying that "the investigation has affirmed the decision that I have violated the User Agreement", and when I asked for proof regarding which transfer I had made that violated these rules, the email responded by saying that the internal investigation process cannot be shared.
The fact that EA so blatantly throws baseless accusations with such harsh penalties, without having the decency to reason with me or minimally explain what I had done wrong other than pointing out the rule I had supposedly broken, is reason enough for me to never buy an EA game ever again. Their decision to make customer support unusable, and prevent those who are wrongly accused of breaking the rules from speaking with a human being that can actually process words and instead resort to AI chatbots who reuse the same copy-pasted text, shows that EA as a company shows zero regard for the quality of life of their customers, and lives off the fact that players will keep coming back to the game even though they show no effort to improve it or even make it tolerable.
Chances are a moderator will either not reply to this discussion or state that all ban appeals have to go through the TOS team instead of the forums (Which I have exhausted and is no longer available), as they have no choice but to back their mindless company's decision. If anyone sees this while considering to buy FC26 or any other edition of the game, take this as a warning that at any point in time, EA can and might strip you of all access to a game that costs $100 without reason, and instead invest your money and time into a game ran with the intention of providing an enjoyable experience for its players.
