Wrongful ejection after win – Lost promotion to Division 3

I was just kicked out of a match in EAFC 25 right after winning. The match should have secured my promotion to Division 3, but due to this error I have not been given my rightful place. I was in full control during the match, no connection issues and no foul play on my part. This is extremely frustrating as I have put in the time and effort to achieve promotion. I ask that you please rectify this by restoring my position in Division 3, so that I am not penalized for something beyond my control.
